AT&T Store

Liz, Jackie & the rest of the staff were overly accommodating, so helpful, so knowledgeable, so patient, so warm. Such a great experience in-store, as all of my visits have been. This staff represents everything great about this company, 5 stars across the board! Keep up the great work guys!

Christian is an extremely knowledgeable employee. He is very personable, patient and well spoken. He offered me many suggestions and solutions which I was unaware! The overall experience was very enjoyable! He is definitely an asset to AT&T! Thank you!!!!!

I am frustrated and exhausted . Stay away from this store if you can. First, The store employee Nicole lied to me at the time of the transaction, and then when I found out that she lied, and that the issue could have been resolved at the store at the time of the transaction, I went back to the store in hopes that the store manager would make it right. Instead, the store manager, Elizabeth did not make it right, she said she would call me in two days, And now it’s been three days. I’ve called customer service they keep saying I need to go back to the store because the store employee Nicole had made a promise, But she had straight up line. And that my issue could have been resolved at the store at the time of the transaction. I’m out of options now and can’t get any help. furthermore, I understand that as a sales person they would try to sell the more expensive plan, But they tried to hide that a cheaper option was available. It’s kind of unethical to hide the cheaper option. I shouldn’t have to siphon that information out of them. The options should be brought forth clearly, But that was not my experience.

Over the last few weeks I had to jump around to several AT&T stores to deal with merging accounts and purchasing new phones. Today I worked Gustavo and he was absolutely wonderful to work with. By far, he was the most knowledgeable and helpful of all the employees I spoke with at different locations over the last few weeks. I will most definitely be returning to this location and working with Gustavo for any of my future AT&T needs.

I would like to commend Jackie the manager at this facility. She is outstanding with customer service and her knowledge of your products. She goes the extra mile. A++++for her. Thank you for great service. Also Liz for her added help. Debbie Matt
